2024/5 wedding celebrant service £825

• Initial meeting during which we can get to know each other, this can be in person, by phone or video call. I will take the time to hear all about you as individuals and a couple and will hope to gain an understanding of your ideal ceremony. My aim is to gather the information to take away and put together a first draft of a ceremony to share with you, although we may need a follow up call or two! 

• Assistance in writing your personal vows. This can be done individually or as a couple

• Contact by phone or email with any others who are contributing to the ceremony such as those reading. I will guide them through what they can expect on the day and can assist with the selection of readings or poems

• Putting together the written ceremony. I will share a first draft with you and discuss and make any amendments required - this may be an ongoing process over a period of time

• An order of service can be produced for printing (printing not offered)

• Liaison with your chosen venue and suppliers

• The option of a full wedding rehearsal at your venue

• Conducting the ceremony itself at the venue of your choice, up to a maximum of 2 hours

• PDF copy of the ceremony for you to keep, print and share as you wish

Additional charges may include (prices on request)​

• Ceremonies over 2 hours

• Travel over 40 miles from my home in Hurstpierpoint (charged at 45p per mile). This is applied to any face to face meetings, rehearsals and on the day of the ceremony

• Accommodation if required due to distance being travelled to location of ceremony
