• Initial meeting during which we can get to know each other a little. This will be an informal conversation during which we can talk about the ceremony you wish to create

• Help with sourcing poems and readings

• Contact on the phone or by email with any guide parents. I will talk them through what they can expect on the day and help them with writing any pledges

• Putting together the written ceremony. I will share a first draft with you and discuss and make any amendments required

• An order of service can be produced for printing (printing not offered)

• Conducting the ceremony itself at the venue of your choice, up to a maximum of 2 hours

• PDF copy of the ceremony for you to keep, print and share as you wish

• Ceremonies over 2 hours

• Travel over 40 miles from my home in Hurstpierpoint (charged at 45p per mile). This is applied to face to face meetings and the day of the ceremony

• Accommodation if required due to distance being travelled to location of ceremony

• Any symbolic ceremonial keepsakes as required
